Leadership Skills Training
Houston Academics, Inc. creates dynamic programs for leaders that transform leadership behaviors. Through a series of engaging seminars, executive coaching, mentoring, and a variety of experiential opportunities, HA offers aspiring and practicing executive (state and district superintendents and deputy and assistant superintendents) and senior (directors and principals) leaders an opportunity to develop through five seminars.
Executive Training
The concept of executive coaching is extremely valuable in today's demanding and ever-changing work environment. Executive coaching works by allowing the executive and the coach to become a team that focuses on the executive's goals and needs. With the support of a coach, the executive is able to enhance his/her thinking and planning by having access to different perspectives and possibly new expertise. Initially, the sessions between executive and coach consist of developing goals and action plans. Follow-up contact, either through on-site visits or telephone contacts, enables the coach and executive to monitor the progress toward the goals. HA's coaching staff has years of experience in a variety of fields, enabling the firm to offer a custom designed package of services for each client.
